DESIGNED TO GET YOUR JUNIOR PLAYER IN PEAK PERFORMANCE SHAPE 

To play your best, you need speed, agility, coordination, strength and mobility. The LTC Tennis Specific Fitness Program is designed with age-appropriate exercises for Ages 8 to 13 and Ages 14 to 18. All classes are led by Roberto Aspillaga, LTC Director of HP & Tennis Specific Fitness and Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS), and Miguel Reyes, Certified Tennis Performance Trainer (TPT).

INTRO TO STRENGTH - SUMMER

Ages 8 to 13

Self body weight exercises, light medicine ball, core, beginner suspension exercises, isometric exercises, intro to shoulder & hip mobility.

SUMMER FEES:

1-Day/Week

- Weekly rate: $11 Member/$13 Non-member

- Summer rate (9 weeks): $70 Member/$90 Non-Member

2-Days/Week

- Weekly rate: $18 Member/$22 Non-member

- Summer rate (9 weeks): $135 Member/$160 Non-Member

ADVANCED TENNIS SPECIFIC STRENGTH - SUMMER

Ages 14 to 18

Advanced single leg, core, and medicine ball tennis specific exercises as well as some free weights. Every exercise is designed to strengthen muscle groups used in tennis in order to avoid injury and improve performance.

2-Days/Week

- Weekly rate: $39 Member/$43 Non-member
