Small group personal training program for women and designed to help them achieve fitness and wellness goals. Monthly program includes unlimited classes.

KICK BOXING & SELF-DEFENSE

Kick, punch, and stretch yourself into a happier and healthier  you. This program is designed to help you improve your fitness, learn self defense, and maintain a healthy body. $15/member, $18/non-member.

KIDS BOOT CAMP

An interval strength and cardio mix designed just for kids and teens. A great way to cross-train for sports during the summer months.

For ages 8+.

ADULT SWIM FOR FITNESS

Small group training for adults who want to swim for fitness and improve their swimming skills.

MASTERS SWIM TEAM

Blairwood Masters Swim Team is a USMS registered adult training group and swim team for ages 18 & over.

We offer morning and evening training sessions throughout the year.

 

Swimmers can register with BEST and compete in local, regional, national, and international competitions.

TRIATHLON PREP SWIM TRAINING

Whether you are new to triathlons, or an experienced tri-athlete looking to improve your time, the Blairwood Triathlon Team will help you to prepare, train, and meet your goals.

PRE-NATAL YOGA

Classes allow moms to move safely with their body during pregnancy. Sessions emphasize properly opening up the hips and low back, as well as breathing mechanics to allow optimal health throughout pregnancy and prepare for delivery. Small-group and private sessions available. 

JUNIOR TENNIS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Develop speed, coordination, balance and tennis-specific footwork needed to compete at high levels of competitive Junior Tennis. Exercises are designed to be age-appropriate and effective. Led by Roberto Aspillaga, Director of High Performance and CTPS, and Miguel Reyes, TPT. For Juniors ages 8 to 14.
