Lifestyle Nutrition Integrated with Functional Training. Small group training designed to help clients learn proper weight lifting form and techniques, increase lean muscle mass, reduce fat mass, improve mobility, flexibility, and endurance. Unlimited classes, fun weekly challenges, exercise & nutrtion options.
Develop speed, coordination, balance and tennis-specific footwork needed to compete at high levels of competitive Junior Tennis. Exercises are designed to be age-appropriate and effective. Led by Roberto Aspillaga, Director of High Performance and CTPS, and Miguel Reyes, TPT. For Juniors ages 8 to 14.
