Looking for Prenatal Yoga Group X Classes?

Classes allow moms to move safely with their body during pregnancy. Sessions emphasize properly opening up the hips and low back, as well as breathing mechanics to allow optimal health throughout pregnancy and prepare for delivery. Mother will develop greater control of her body and learn how to continue to exercise safely with individual modifications. Hands-on adjustments available to each clientʼs comfort. Group sessions will allow mothers to build a

community and share experiences. Private sessions include greater hands-on adjustments and further discussion of prenatal and postpartum care.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS - SATURDAYS at 10:45-11:45am - $60/person

PRIVATE SESSIONS - by appointment - $80/person
