L.I.F.T. - Lifestyle Nutrition Integrated with Functional Training
L.I.F.T. is a small group personal training program, not a group exercise class. The program is designed to successfully help clients learn proper weight lifting form and techniques to increase lean muscle mass, reduce fat mass, improve mobility, flexibility, and endurance. LIFT also offers a comprehensive nutrition program, designed to teach you how to build a healthy, sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle. All fitness levels are welcome.
L.I.F.T. is a monthly recurring membership program. Sign up one time and you'll have access every month. Changes to your Option Level or Membership require 30-day notice.
