Kick, punch, and stretch yourself into a happier and healthier  you. This program is designed to help you improve your fitness, learn self defense, and maintain a healthy body. You will learn basic to advanced kickBoxing/self defense techniques and a stretching regimen that will help keep you loose, relaxed and confident after a tough workout.

$15/member, $18/non-member.
