Express Cycling - Tuesdays at 12-12:30pm at Blairwood

Metabolic Meltdown (new time) - Thursdays at 6pm at Blairwood

Cycling at LTC (new time) - Saturdays at 8am at LTC

HEALTH & SAFETY PRACTICES

Our clubs follow CDC mandates & recommendations for Covid-19 safety, including:

• adequate spacing

• sanitizer & wipes in exercise studios & throughout clubs

• frequent sanitizing of exercise studios & locker rooms

• prompt arrival/departures to reduce crowding

• participants bring own towels and water bottles

• online reservations for classes

FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES, RESERVE YOUR SPOT THROUGH THE MEMBER PORTAL

1. Login Member Portal.

2. Enter USERNAME and PASSWORD.

3. Select DROP IN CLASSES.

4. Select the class you want to take.

5. Click on SIGN UP.

6. Select your name and click on REGISTER.
