Q: Will River City and USTA Practices continue as planned?
A: Should any RCRL or USTA team wish to cancel practices during the March-April cycle, they will be issued a credit from the Club.
- If the entire team wishes to continue to practice as scheduled, they may do so and will not be issued a credit. However, players will need to contact their pro to see if outdoor courts are available for your team.
- If not all the players wish to practice, all players on the team who have paid for practices in March-April will receive a credit for what they paid.
- Many individual players have expressed an interest in continuing to practice, even if their entire team does not. Those players will receive their individual credits for the cancelled team practices and may then pay for any practices on a pay-as-you-go basis. Players will need to contact their pro to see if outdoor courts are available.
- Practice cancellations must be communicated to the Club at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled practice.
