ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW

  • Involves professionally designed exercise programs to form and grow the Athletic Foundation of all athletes surrounded by Consistency, Encouragement, and Teamwork.

 

  • Build quality habits on a consistent basis within a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

 

  • Incorporates fun team challenges to promote communication and leadership skills.

 

  • Includes a Dynamic Warm up, Athletic Specific Movement Patterns, and Assessment.

WHAT IS ATHLETIC FOUNDATION?

  • Ability to perform movements efficiently – Emphasis on proper technique.

  • Increase coordination of the mind and body – Improve concentration intervals along with control, balance, and body awareness.

  • Ability to sustain demands of training and sport – Build resiliency of muscles and joints along with developing overall fitness qualities.

  • Better adaptability from training and competition – Better recovery and less fatigue over time.

PROGRAM FEES

6-week Sessions: $216/Member, $240/Non-Member

5-week Sessions: $190/Member, $225/Non-Member

Science proves that consistent training 2x per week yields the best results. We offer four different training classes each week so you can choose days that work best for you!
