Involves professionally designed exercise programs to form and grow the Athletic Foundation of all athletes surrounded by Consistency, Encouragement, and Teamwork.

Build quality habits on a consistent basis within a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Incorporates fun team challenges to promote communication and leadership skills.

Includes a Dynamic Warm up, Athletic Specific Movement Patterns, and Assessment.
WHAT IS ATHLETIC FOUNDATION?

Ability to perform movements efficiently – Emphasis on proper technique.

Increase coordination of the mind and body – Improve concentration intervals along with control, balance, and body awareness.
